This program will answer the questions, "What is strategic planning, and how will it help my district and our students?" We will identify the components of the strategic planning process and explore the benefits of developing and implementing a strategic planning process in your district. Hands-on small group activities include: participating in brainstorming and consensus activities, and the development of vision and belief statements.
