It is often said that the only constant in education is change. But how do we, as district administrators and board members, lead change and how do we provide personalized support to people at various stages of the change process? This interactive session will introduce several models for change leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to work in teams to select change models for their districts, as well as to participate in hands-on activities to learn research-based strategies for supporting staff through the change process.
