The trainers in this session will engage participants in exercises and conversations centered around vision-and purpose-driven mentorship, designed to support teachers in becoming effective mentors of their students which attendees can take back to their districts for implementation. Exercise objectives center on effective communication, body language, asking for support, declaring a vision and purpose for life, developing team and family, listening to understand and speaking to be understood.
