Throughout the nation, there is a growing focus on career and technical education and career readiness for all students. Complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and cognitive flexibility are key skills needed for success in a hyper-connected world. This session will explore these new demands, and what these trends will mean to students in New Jersey’s county vocational-technical schools.
