NSBA's "The Key Work of School Boards" provides a framework that reflects the best governance practices that are traceable to high-performing boards and high-performing school districts. This session provides an overview of a relevant and reliable governance guide with strategies and ideas that reflect board best practices. We will explore the five Key Work action areas that affirm how excellence at the board table leads to excellence in the classroom.
