To be successful in the 21st century workplace, students need to develop strong employability skills, including proficiency in critical thinking, collaboration, creativity and communication. However, a skills gap exists in today's entry-level employees. Find out how students can identify, build and practice these skills, which are transferable across all career paths. Participants will also discover how to utilize these skills in order to become a more effective school board member.
