Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The School Ethics Act requires, among other things, all school officials to complete ethics training and to submit completed Personal/Relative and Financial Disclosure Statements each year. In this session, members of the School Ethics Commission (SEC) will review what is expected of school officials, detail the timetable for compliance, and explain the SEC’s enforcement procedures. They will also discuss when it is appropriate to use the doctrine of necessity, as well as the substantive and procedural requirements related to the use of the doctrine of necessity.
