More than a decade of research reports that when teachers and administrators collaborate, student learning increases. The NJ Labor-Management Collaborative was formed under the leadership of Rutgers Professor of Labor and Management Dr. Saul Rubinstein, NJSBA, NJASA, NJPSA, NJEA, and AFT-NJ, with the purpose of sharing this research while providing professional development opportunities to school districts across New Jersey in collaboration. Attendees will learn how collaboration can help all students achieve and the opportunities to implement formal collaboration in their districts.
