Are you a new board member? After serving for several months, it’s time to reflect on your experiences and refresh your knowledge. This session will include a presentation by NJSBA field service representatives on common questions that new board members have; small and large group discussion; and individual and group exercises. Resources include case studies and other materials, as well as a personal prescription for continued professional growth.
