Countless studies and reports agree with the World Economic Forum, that students need outstanding social-emotional skills to be successful in school, family, community, workplace, and civic life… regardless of what new technologies emerge in the future. For students to achieve those skills, they must attend schools dedicated to promoting their social-emotional competence and character.

Maurice J. Elias, Ph.D., a nationally-recognized expert on social-emotional and character development, will present the keynote address at Workshop 2017, which will elaborate on why and how school leaders must make the commitment to create schools that will prepare students for the tests of life.
