Session participants will receive an update – with a focus on the financial and administrative impact—on recent state and federal legislation regulating the health care and health insurance programs school districts provide to employees. In addition, presenters will provide a review of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare") and the status of any legislative efforts to "repeal and replace" Obamacare.
