This program will review and highlight the Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS)component of New Jersey School Administrative Code. Regardless of school size, districts are responsible for developing and utilizing an I and RS team to help not only special needs students, but also victims and perpetrators of HIB incidents. Additionally, the HIB intervention software program will be utilized to demonstrate how it can help schools stay compliant.
