Jeremy Reich is a Project Coordinator in the College of Science and Liberal Arts (CSLA) at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He holds a BA in History from Drew University and more recently an MAT in Social Studies from Rutgers University – Newark. Jeremy has coordinated two grants in a partnership with the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) to develop an Online Professional Learning Exchange (OPLE) for teacher professional development for more than 150,000 educators in the state of New Jersey with Dr. James Lipuma and Dr. Bruce Bukiet, managing over two-million dollars in funds. Jeremy is also assisting Dr. Lipuma and Dr. Bukiet with research into digital learning and instructional design.
Currently, Jeremy is coordinating the Future Ready Schools - New Jersey Certification Program. A partnership between the NJDOE, the New Jersey School Boards Association, and NJIT, FRS-NJ will certify NJ schools and districts who display excellence in the use of digital technologies to enhance personalized student learning while providing guidance, support, and connections to potential resources for educators, leaders, and other stakeholders.
